St. George trending on Twitter – Jimmie Kimmel responds

The city of St. George, Utah is trending on Twitter after video from KTVX-Channel 4's coverage of an anti-mask rally last month got attention from the host of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" yesterday.

The news clip featured St. George resident, Shauna Kinville, who said, "when George Floyd was saying 'I can't breathe' then he died and now we're wearing a mask and we say 'I can't breathe' but we're being forced to wear it anyways."

Jimmy Kimmel took to Twitter and referred to the woman as the world's dumbest person, which many other Twitter users seemed to agree with.

This caused the city to trend with tweets from thousands of people, both supporting the rally and opposing.
