The Utah Department of Alcohol Beverage Control is accepting entries for a drawing to determine who can buy bottles of a rare bourbon.

The drawing is a test of what could become a regular activity for the state agency.

The DABC limits the amount the state can mark-up the price of rare or limited-edition sales, which creates an intense demand for those bottles.

Liquor that can go for 15-hundred-dollars a bottle elsewhere often sells for around 100-dollars in Utah.

Information on how to enter the drawing for the bourbon being offered is available on the DABC website.
