V.A. Outstation Being Named After Major Brent Taylor Killed in Action

A North Ogden V.A. outstation is a step closer to being renamed for a Utah National Guard officer killed in Afghanistan.

The U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill yesterday that would rename the outstation for Major Brent Taylor.

Taylor, who was also North Ogden's mayor, was on his second deployment to Afghanistan when he was killed last November.

The bill was already approved in the Senate, so it now heads to the White House for President Trump's signature.
