Worst Season for FLU in Many Years

The Utah Department of Health is calling the current flu season one of the worst the state has had in many years.

The department announced yesterday that another Utah child has died from flu, the third so far this season.

There were no deaths related to the flu last season.

The health department still recommends getting a flu shot, even though the vaccine has proven to be only about 50-percent effective this season.
