Deceased man found in vehicle at the bottom of the Hurricane Overlook

Last night a vehicle was reported at the bottom of a cliff in the area of 600 East SR59 last night around 8:15 pm.

According to a press release from the Hurricane Police Department, the vehicle was located at the bottom of the Hurricane Overlook.

When officers arrived on scene they were able to access the vehicle. Shortly after arriving at the vehicle officers discovered the driver in the vehicle wreckage.

The driver was an elderly male and was deceased. The accident continues to be investigated.
