Former Church bishop pleads guilty to sexual abuse of a child

A former bishop in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints pleads guilty to sexual abuse of a child.

Seventy-eight-year-old Francis Heber Fuller was sentenced last week.

Fuller was an L-D-S bishop in Highland, Utah in 1993.

A video interview with one of Fuller's victims sparked an arraignment in 2017, and a second victim came forward in 2018.

Fuller was sentenced to two years in jail.
