I talked with Jeremy and Jen Johnson who own Mobility City and visited the showroom. There are all kinds of cool devices to enhance people’s lives. When showing me a wheelchair that can raise up, so the person is at eye level with others, Johnson told me about an ALS patient who they recently outfitted with one. 

She is a single mom with some young kids. She was excited to go trick-or-treating with her children this year. He said she had planned to purchase the wheelchair, but they felt as a staff that they wanted to give it to her. As you can imagine, it was an emotional moment for all involved.
