No Days of 47 Pioneer Day celebration

There will be no Days of '47 Pioneer Day celebration in Salt Lake City this year. 

Organizers of the annual event announced yesterday that they would not hold it on July 24th due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

The cancellation includes all parts of the celebration including the parade and the Days of '47 rodeo. 

The event is expected to resume next year.
