Now legal in Utah for women to go topless in public
It's now perfectly legal for women in Utah to go topless in public.
That's according to an attorney for two Colorado women who sued the city of Fort Collins over a topless ban there and won.
The women also won their case at the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Attorney Andy McNulty says that means any state under the court's jurisdiction, including Utah, is bound by their decision.
Fort Collins decided not to appeal the ruling after spending more than 300-thousand-dollars defending the ban.
