Opposition heating up on House Bill 90

Opposition is mounting against legislation that would require clergy members to report all allegations of child abuse, including those given during a religious confession.

House Speaker Brad Wilson and the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City are fighting House Bill 90.

They argue the bill could reduce a person's ability to fully practice their faith.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has not taken a position on the bill.
