Recount Complaint In District 72 Pulled

(St. George, UT) -- Utah state House District 72 candidate Willie Billings has pulled his legal complaint seeking a full hand recount of his primary loss to Joe Elison. Billings cited how much it would cost for his reasoning. He lost by eleven votes after a machine recount found four more votes for Elison. Billings said on Facebook it made him sick to his stomach to pull the complaint.
