Senator Lee Accuses Facebook and Twitter of Being Biased Towards Conservatives
Senator Mike Lee is accusing Facebook and Twitter executives of being biased against conservatives.
The social media companies were brought before the Senate Judiciary subcommittee this week to face allegations of censorship and political bias.
Neil Potts, Facebook's public policy director, said the company wasn't trying to suppress conservative speech.
Twitter's public policy director, Carlos Monje, said his company doesn't use party affiliation in making content decisions.
