Senator Mitt Romney introduces bill to add new regulations to e-cigarettes

Republican Senator Mitt Romney has introduced a bipartisan bill to add new regulations to e-cigarettes.

The Ending New Nicotine Dependencies, or ENND, Act would ban all e-cigarette flavors other than tobacco, and create uniform standards for vaping device designs.

It would also apply the existing tobacco excise tax to e-cigarettes.

Democratic Senator Jeff Merkley of Oregon is cosponsoring the legislation.
