A noted critic of President Trump will not vote with his fellow

Utah senator on a measure to limit the President's power to take military action against Iran.

Republican Senator Mitt Romney announced yesterday that he plans to vote against the measure, which has support from Utah Senator and fellow Republican Mike Lee.

Romney said that the resolution sends the wrong message to Iran and would tie the President's hands in the face of further Iranian aggression.

Lee has said that the measure would re-affirm that Congress is the only body that has the Constitutional authority to declare war against another country.
