State lawmakers considering changes to Utah Constitution
As the legislative session begins, state lawmakers are considering changes to the Utah Constitution that requires all income tax money go to education spending.
A new poll shows that 52-percent of Utahn's oppose changes to the current setup while only 33-percent would support an amendment to change it.
A majority of Republican, Democrat and independent voters all said they were opposed to the idea.
