A third man has been charged with a hate crime in connection with the assault of a black Latter-day Saint missionary last month in Payson.
Police say 19-year-old Nathan Thomas was with brothers Malachi and Sebastian West and several others when they attacked two missionaries for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints outside of a home.
