A Utah boy has come down with the mumps despite being vaccinated to prevent it.  Eleven-year-old Finn Price says he wasn't sure what was wrong when he became ill last week.

Finn's parents were surprised when doctors told them he had the mumps, even though he'd been vaccinated.

They say they plan to continue making sure their son receives booster vaccinations, but want to warn other parents that vaccines may not always be effective.

The Wasatch County Health Department has warned students and parents at Price's elementary school of possible exposure to the mumps virus.

Finn's mom, Bethe Price, says she is not going to let her son's vaccinations lapse, even though he came down with the mumps.
