The Southern Nevada Health District has reported two confirmed cases of measles in Clark County in the last six months.

Those are among the 465 cases of measles across 19 states reported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention so far this year.

That is the second-highest number of cases reported in the United States since measles was eliminated.

In the wake of a mumps outbreak, the Sanpete County School District announces that students who haven't received the M-M-R vaccine won't be allowed inside the school.

Two people in Sanpete County have mumps, according to the Central Utah Public Health Department.

Non-vaccinated students can return to school on May 5th, but they'll have to give proof they were vaccinated in the meantime.
