Utah's election director says it could be a while before final results from tomorrow's primary elections will be known.

Justin Lee says counties will be quarantining mail-in ballots for at least 24 hours, so ballots turned in at the last minute may not be counted for a few days.

Only a few counties will have any form of in-person voting, and the Legislature will allow voters to mail ballots on Election Day and have them count in the primary.

Voters will decide nominees in the Republican governor and attorney general's races as well as candidates for several congressional, state and county elections this fall.
