Wayne County declares Second Amendment Sanctuary
Another county in Utah has declared itself as a Second Amendment Sanctuary.
Wayne County Commissioners passed an ordinance, declaring that the enforcement of any new gun control measures passed by the federal or the state government will be prohibited.
It also prohibits the use of any public funds to restrict the rights of anyone in the county to keep and bear arms.
The move follows similar ordinances passed in Utah and Uintah counties earlier this year.
