Woman killed others injured after a rollover crash outside of Toquerville

One woman is dead after a crash Sunday night outside of Toquerville. 

UHP says a 17-year-old girl with a learner's permit was driving a pickup truck eastbound on State Route 17 when she failed to properly navigate a turn, smashing into a concrete barrier. 

The crash ejected 31-year-old Patricia Holm and an 11-year-old girl riding in the truck with the teen. 

Holm died at the scene while the child was flown to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City with severe injuries.
