Early morning crash in St. George prompts investigation

ST. GEORGE, Utah (KDXU) - Officer Tiffany Mitchell is warning drivers to avoid the St. George Boulevard and Bluff Street intersection for the next couple of hours after a crash involving a motorcycle Monday morning before 8 a.m.

"Southbound Bluff St., you can't go south at this intersection, you can go out and around it, you can take the boulevard and go down a block or two and go down to 100 South and continue southbound," she said in a Facebook live.

Mitchell says the department called out Accident Reconstruction due to the injuries of the biker. She says Accident Reconstruction is a team that researches crashes where people have either died or the injuries are very severe and the victim may die.
