Jon Huntsman Jr. to run for Utah Governor

Former Utah governor and U.S. ambassador Jon Huntsman, Jr. is ready for another try leading the Beehive State.  Huntsman  announced he will run for a third term as Utah governor on social media today.

He is scheduled to appear at Southern Utah University in Cedar City.

Huntsman left state government for the international stage in 2009, resigning as governor to become the U.S. Ambassador to China under President Obama.

He most recently served as U.S. Ambassador to Russia under President Trump.
