NEW: Suspect in Deadly St. George Shooting Faces Charges

NEW: (St. George, UT) -- KC Comer of St. George is now charged with murder for allegedly shooting and killing Ryan Allen on Saturday. Allen had been arguing with Comer's wife and Comer believed the other man was suicidal, so he shot him. The three had been living together in a "mutually intimate relationship since approximately November" according to police.

UPDATE-The victim has been identified as 37-year-old Ryan Allen. The suspect arrested is identified as 30-year-old KC Comer

(St. George, UT) -- A 37-year-old man is dead from an apparent gunshot wound. St. George Police were called to an area around South Dixie Drive around 7:30am Saturday morning. Police found the body of a man, along with another man and woman inside a home who are not being considered suspects, but police are in the process of interviewing them. The gunshot wound victim has not been identified.
