Man who pointed bow and arrow during protest facing charges

A man who pointed a bow and arrow at protesters in Salt Lake City is now formally facing charges. 

Salt Lake City Police Detective Greg Wilking says police were unaware of Brandon McCormick's actions at a Saturday protest downtown until video came to light.

The Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office has certified charges including aggravated assault and use of a dangerous weapon. 

He also faces charges for possession of a dangerous weapon after being convicted of a crime.
