Masks No Longer Required In Washington County Schools

(St. George, UT)  --  Masks are no longer being required in schools within the Washington County School District. On Friday, district officials notified faculty and staff that the district will no longer enforce mask wearing on school grounds and only recommend it. However, the state still requires that masks remain mandatory in schools though June 15th or until the last day of the school year. The last day of school for the district isn't until May 26th.
