According to Fox News, Park rangers, along with Washington County Sheriff’s Office, are investigating the disappearance of Holly Suzanne Courtier, a 38-year-old mother from Los Angeles who was last seen Oct. 6 around 1:30 p.m. in Zion National Park 

Her daughter, Kailey Chambers, told Fox News she last spoke with her mother on Oct. 2 around 8 p.m.

Chambers, a college student in San Diego, drove to  Utah Monday evening to assist in search efforts. The 19-year-old said she has put her academic responsibilities on hold to look for her mother saying that she will not give up on her.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, Chamber said residents near the park have participated in search efforts.

As the search for missing hiker Holly Suzanne Courtier continues, US Park Rangers have gathered additional information and continue to seek tips from the public to aid the investigation.

Courtier may have been wearing the following items: a gray Pistil trucker-style ball cap, a black Patagonia Nano Puff jacket, a dark-colored tank top, gray Danner hiking boots, and may have been carrying blue Osprey multi-day backpack. She may have a cream-colored Kuhl open-front hoody top, a Rumple Nanoloft puffy blanket, and a camouflage-pattern double-size hammock.

ZION NATIONAL PARK – A search is underway in Zion National Park as officials are seeking the whereabouts of a woman they say has been missing for several days.

Officials say Holly Suzanne Courtier, 38, was dropped off by a private shuttle bus on Oct. 6 (last Tuesday) at the Grotto parking area at 1:30 p.m. She had arranged to be picked up later that day at around 4:40 p.m., but Courtier did not return.

She has not been seen since.

Courtier is described as 5-foot, 3-inches tall, and approximately 125 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes.
