Utahns are setting a record for voting in a presidential primary.

The Lieutenant Governor's Office tweeted last night that Utah reached a new record turnout of 32-point-five-percent, with votes still coming in.

Almost 480-thousand votes had been turned in when the new record was announced.

So how did Southern Utahn’s vote in yesterday’s Super Tuesday election.

In Washington County, Bernie Sanders won in the Democratic race with 1906 votes.

Joe Biden came in second with 1807 votes and Michael Bloomberg  in third place with 1654 votes.

Donald Trump was the big winner for the Republicans with 25,746 votes, second, Bill Weld with 683 votes and third place went to Joe Walsh with 311 votes.

In Iron County, Bernie Sanders won in the Democratic race with 443 votes.

Joe Biden came in second with 317 votes and Elizabeth Warren in third place with 241 votes.
