The Utah Debate Commission plans to hold a series of debates for candidates running in upcoming Republican and Democratic primaries. 

The commission announced yesterday that there would be debates held on June 1st and 2nd for candidates running for governor, attorney general and three of Utah's four congressional districts. 

The debates will be staged at the University of Utah's PBS station and broadcast live on Utah television stations and on social media. 

The commission said social distancing measures would be in effect and there would be no live audience.
