Utah House Speaker implements “no handshake” rule

Utah House Speaker Brad Wilson is taking a serious step to try to stop any spread of coronavirus at the state Capitol.

Wilson announced yesterday that he is putting a "no handshake" rule into effect until the end of the legislative session.

He urged any lawmaker or aide who feels ill to stay home, telling lawmakers to do everything they can not to let an outbreak start at the Capitol.
