Utah Legislature viewed negatively by majority of voters
The Utah Legislature doesn't have a lot of fans among voters in the state.
A new poll from UtahPolicy.com and Y2 Analytics found that 48-percent disapproved of the job state lawmakers are doing, while 41-percent approved.
Not surprising, the approval of the Republican-dominated government varied between the political parties, with Democrats disapproving more.
However, independent voters greatly disapproved as well, by a 56-to-37 margin.
