Utah has revised its guideline for back-to-school reopenings amid the pandemic. 

In a series of changes, health officials revised the controversial "modified quarantine" provision that would allow students who were exposed to COVID-19 to continue going to school, so long as they were not showing symptoms. 

The revised guidelines toss out that term altogether, instead advising those students to quarantine until they receive negative test results.
