Utah Tech In Planning Stage For Innovation District

(St. George, UT) -- Utah Tech University is now in the planning stage for its Innovation District west of the St. George Regional Airport. The university is looking at developing the 183-acre area near Desert Color Center. They say the first phase could ideally be open by 2026 and be governed through the Utah Tech University Innovation Foundation and affiliated entities with a goal of producing up to 200-million-dollars in annual economic activity.
