West High School Teacher Accused of Sexually Abusing Student
A creative writing teacher at West High School is accused of sexually abusing a student.
Fifty-four-year-old Sterrett Neale was booked into the Salt Lake County jail Wednesday morning on investigation of rape.
A jail report says Neale forced himself on the 17-year-old girl in a classroom and at his home, starting in 2017.
He allegedly abused her until February of this year.
The school placed Neale on unpaid leave after his arrest.
