Wrong way driver in Parleys Canyon kills driver

The Utah Highway Patrol says one person is dead and two others injured in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 80 in Parleys Canyon. 

Police say a car was traveling the wrong direction in the eastbound lanes of the highway Saturday night when it crashed into a pickup pulling a trailer. 

The driver of the car died in the crash. 

The driver and a passenger in the pickup managed to get out of the vehicle before it caught fire and were taken to a hospital for treatment.
