Church removing missionaries from Hong Kong

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is bringing missionaries home from its Hong Kong mission due to the coronavirus outbreak. 

The Church announced yesterday that it would remove 113 missionaries from the area. 

Most will be reassigned to other missions after briefly returning to their homes. 

The missionaries plan to remain in isolation for 14 days to ensure they are not contagious.
