The Utah Department of Health released an updated number in Covid-19 cases in the state Saturday, showing an uptick of 25 cases over the Friday numbers.

A total of 126 Utahns and 11 Utah visitors have tested positive, the department said.

The state department announced 24 new cases Saturday morning, but the most recent case, an adult who is receiving medical care, came Saturday night from Washington County. Officials believe the case is travel-related.

It's only the second case of COVID-19 in the five-county district served by the Southwest Utah Public Health Department. Residents of Washington, Iron, Kane, Beaver and Garfield counties are asked to stay home whenever possible.

Salt Lake County and Summit County continue to show the highest numbers in the state, with 60 and 39 positive cases, respectively. Davis County has 14 cases, Wasatch County has seven and the Weber-Morgan health district reports six.

There are still no positive cases in the Central Utah, TriCounty, San Juan or Southeast Utah health districts, according to the Health Department; there are only two in Southwest Utah.

UDOH says that 2,560 people have been tested for COVID-19 in Utah so far. No one in the state is reported to have died from the virus.
