Governor Herbert honors centenarians
Governor Gary Herbert is again honoring Utahns who've reached a major milestone by living to be at least 100-years-old.
The governor greeted 64 centenarians yesterday during a luncheon in their honor.
Among those who attended were two women who have been friends since graduating from high school in 1933, as well as one couple who have been married for 77 years.
The state estimates that there are 204 centenarians currently living in Utah.
