How Dare This Country Trio From Utah Not Allow Fame and Fortune to Destroy Them
In the entertainment world we are used to seeing stars have their moment in the sun and then desperately hang on to every thread of recognition as their fame fades. It is the rare few like this group from Utah who can step out of the limelight back into normal lives.
1999 Saw the Band SHeDAISY Burst onto the Country Music Scene
Three sisters from Magna, Utah known as SheDAISY released their debut album back in 1999 with three big hits and the Rising Star Award from CMT that year. The followed up with three more albums and a greatest hits release.
In total they had 15 hits on the charts and a Christmas album that continues to get played during the holidays. Then in 2006 the trio disappeared from the country music and from the lights and cameras.
Walking Away from Fame is Rare for Stars who Make it Big
Turns out the three sisters went back to enjoying their family and living life. They shut down their website, shedaisy.com and moved on. This is what Wide Open Country had to say about the group:
The sisters still actively post on their Facebook page, but it seems that currently, they are focused on their private lives, families, and faith (they are members of the Church of Latter-Day Saints).
What about living on a tour bus on the way to county fairs and week long music festivals? Don't you want to play for your fans?

Nope. Shut down the website and let's go home and enjoy a normal life. This seems extraordinarily healthy to me.
