Salt Lake County Attorney creates new division to help horrible crime victims

Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill has created a new division within his office to help people who have lived through horrible crimes.

The Victim Centered Support Division will be made up of dozens-of-professionals, trained to help and counsel trauma victims off all ages and backgrounds.

Some of the services of the new division will include onsite resources for short-term and long-term victim needs, and direct referrals to support and therapeutic services.
