Threat posted at Tooele High School

Officials with the Tooele County School District say additional security will be on hand at Tooele High School after a threat was posted on social media.

The threat reportedly started on Snapchat and was then circulated by other students.

The school district said yesterday in a Facebook post that the threat was investigated by law enforcement and was completely unfounded.

Classes will be held today, with additional security stationed at the school as a precaution.
