A fire destroyed a 25-thousand square foot mansion in Holladay.

Authorities said the fire ripped through the three-level house on South Tolcade Woods Lane on Saturday night.

The Unified Fire Authority said more than 80 firefighters responded.

Conditions were dangerous because the floor was collapsing as the crews worked.

They saved the garage, but the rest of the residence was destroyed.

Officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
