Two Dead After Crash Between Tour Bus and SUV

(Virgin, UT) -- Utah Highway Patrol is investigating after an SUV slams into a tour bus on Highway 9 at Kolob Terrace Road. The SUV was southbound on Kolob Terrace around 4:45pm and pulled onto Highway 9 right in front of the bus. The bus driver could not avoid the SUV and both collided. A man and woman in the front seat of the SUV were pronounced dead at the scene. Two children in the backseat survived but were hurt. A girl was ejected and taken to the hospital. A boy was flown out via lifeflight. There were minor injuries aboard the tour bus.
