A woman at the center of a sexual misconduct lawsuit against The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has signaled that she may drop her case.

McKenna Denson told a federal judge today that she has still not secured new representation after her previous lawyers quit back in May.

The judge told Denson she has two weeks to either file a motion to dismiss the case, decide on possible mediation with the Church, or go forward to trial.

Denson has accused former Provo Missionary Training Center president Joseph Bishop of assaulting her at the facility in 1984 in a storage room.
