Dixie State University honoring Ukraine

ST. GEORGE, Utah (KDXU) - Dixie State University is lighting up the Dixie "D" on Black Hill in the colors of the Ukrainian flag.

The university spokesperson, Jyl Hall says their support for Ukraine is being done along with the the state Capitol also displaying the colors of the flag.

Governor Spencer Cox is calling on all Utahns to unite for Ukraine.

KDXU News Director and ABC4's Southern Utah Bureau Chief, Jordan Verdadeiro will be speaking to DSU students from Ukraine and Russia about their concerns on what's happening overseas. This story will be updated.
