Former probation officer facing 30 stalking-related charges

ST. GEORGE, Utah (KDXU) - A man is in custody on more than thirty charges for stalking and violating protection orders.

Officials in Washington County say 60-year-old Kim Terry II is facing misdemeanor and felony charges for reportedly watching the home of a person he was in a relationship with and putting a tracking device on their car.

Terry was prohibited from contacting the person, but he is being accused of texting them on several different phones until each number was blocked.

Terry is a former probation officer who has previously pled guilty to a felony.
