A Pennsylvania man is being held in the Iron County jail without bail after he was caught with a massive amount of meth.

A Utah Highway Patrol trooper made the discovery this week during a traffic stop on Interstate 15.

During a search of the man's car, the trooper found a hidden compartment behind the back seat that reportedly contained 47 packages of meth weighing nearly 86-pounds.

Troopers say the man admitted he was paid five-thousand dollars to transport the drugs, and was given a gun for protection.
