Northern Corridor Continues to be Hot Topic

ST. GEORGE - The Northern Corridor is always a hot topic in Washington County.

Mainly because the proposed road or highway enters the current tortoise habitat.

With all of the growth, the road is necessary. In order to get the land, the County may have to do a land exchange. Washington County Commissioner Gil Almquist, speaking with Andy Griffin on the Open Mike Show talks about what may happen in that land exchange.

Commissioner Almquist says that there will have to a tradeoff.
