Retired St. George Police officer passes away

ST. GEORGE, Utah (KDXU) - A retired St. George Police officer's family is mourning after he passed away of natural causes.

James Madison Raburn was 77-years-old when he passed away on January 6. Raburn dedicated 27 years to the St. George Police Department.

His ranks ranged from Sergeant to Lieutenant Commander Detective. He also worked with the Santa Clara Police Department.
