A man is recovering after suffering a heart attack while driving a semi truck on Interstate 15.

The Utah Highway Patrol said it happened Thursday afternoon around one, at 27-hundred South and I-15.

The truck spilled a load of fuel after colliding with a concrete barrier.

The 72-year-old driver was unconscious when a group of people pulled him out of the cab.

They did C-P-R, taking turns with two Provo police officers.  He's now in stable condition.
